Silver Package
US$ 140 / month
Includes:

  • 2 hours of work per month (note: this is approximately equal to 1 new page per month containing no more than 5 images)maintenanance
  • 72 hour turnaround time
Terms:
  • Must be paid Quarterly in advance.
  • All 9 hours must be used within the Quarter. Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
  • Additional hours of services are billed at our standard hourly rates (see above).
  • Changes to forms / new forms are not allowed.
  • Does not include design fees for new page designs.

Gold Package
US$ 400 / month
Includes:
  • 5 hours of work per month (note: this is approximately equal to 1 - 2 new pages per month containing no more than 3 to 5 images per page)
  • 48 hour turnaround time.
  • Changes to forms are allowed in this package.
Terms:
  • Must be paid quarterly in advance.
  • All 15 hours must be used within the Quarter. Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
  • Additional hours of services are billed at the discounted rate of $33 per hour.
  • Does not include design fees for new page designs.

Platinum Package
US$ 600 / month
Includes:
  • 10 hours of work per month (note: this is approximately equal to 2 - 4 new pages per month containing no more than 3 to 5 images per page)
  • 24 hour turnaround time (with the exception of new designs and changes to forms, which require more time)
  • Changes to forms are allowed.
  • Design services are included (for new page designs and/or banner or button ads).
Terms:
  • Must be paid quarterly in advance.
  • All 24 hours must be used within the Quarter. Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
  • Additional hours of services are billed at the discounted rate of $20 per hour.

Supplemental Support Package
US$ 140 / month
Includes:
  • Unlimited telephone or email support.
  • Weekly website backups.
  • Unlimited changes to email accounts (e.g., add / delete / modify accounts, change passwords, email forwarding, etc.).
  • Disaster Recovery Services (restoration of website in case of server failure, virus, or hack attack).
  • Monthly website traffic activity summary delivered to you via email.
Terms:
  • Paid Quarterly in advance.
